Withdraw from the contract here

If you purchased DoggieAI online as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days after the contract was concluded, without giving a reason. Your declaration is submitted in time if you send it before the deadline expires.

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period and withdraw before that period ends, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to what has already been supplied. For a paid service contract, the right may end after full performance only if performance began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged this consequence. Turning off renewal prevents future charges but does not replace a declaration concerning the period already purchased.

What happens next

Without undue delay, you will receive a receipt containing the declaration, date, time and reference. We will verify the contract and the effects on the service and renewals. Where a refund is due, it will be made within the applicable time limit using the same payment method, unless you agree otherwise at no cost.
